1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Jeet Photography website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Age Limit
2.1 The use of the Site is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Site, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Definitions
3.1 "Jeet Photography" refers to the photography services provided by the entity identified as Jeet Photography, hereinafter referred to as "the Photographer."
3.2 "Client" refers to any individual, company, or organization engaging the services of Jeet Photography.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed fee is required.
4.2 The remaining balance must be paid on and or before the scheduled photography session.
4.3 In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is forfeited, and the Photographer may charge additional fees based on the proximity to the scheduled date.
4.4 Jeet Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours of a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
5. Copyright and Usage
5.1 The Photographer retains the full copyrights of all images taken during the session.
5.2 The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or promotional purposes. Commercial use requires explicit written permission from Jeet Photography.
5.3 Images may be used on Jeet Photography's website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Image Delivery
6.1 The Photographer will deliver the final edited images upon written agreement or 6 weeks after the session.
6.2 The method of image delivery (digital files, prints, etc.) will be agreed upon between the Photographer and the Client.
7. Client Cooperation
7.1 The Client agrees to cooperate and follow the Photographer's directions during the session to achieve the desired results.
7.2 The Photographer is not responsible for dissatisfaction with the final results if the Client fails to follow instructions or requests specific shots after the session.
8. Liability
8.1 Jeet Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photography session.
8.2 The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and permissions for locations where the session takes place.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 Jeet Photography is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
11. Privacy Policy
11.1 By using the Site, you agree to the terms outlined in the Jeet Photography Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and can be found on the Site.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Jeet Photography reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
